ESTABLISHED IN 1973
Brossard Leasing was created in 1973 by the current president Mr. Guy Brossard while he was working for the family company Transport Coupal. Evolving in regulated transport, Mr. Brossard saw an opportunity for growth in the rental of heavy vehicles.
Brossard Leasing rapidly meets the needs of carriers, distributors, manufacturers and service companies in great need of equipment and service in a growing economy. The company’s leasing business volume, based in Ville Lasalle, became much larger than that of the transportation company. The decision is then made to focus on the rental of heavy-duty vehicles with service.
THE EARLY 90s
Brossard Leasing operates a fleet of over 1500 units from its facilities in Ville Lasalle, which then became too small to support the company’s growth. It was decided to move to Dorval on a large piece of land and in a completely renovated building at the end of 1994.
While the Brossard Leasing team is well established in its new premises, growth is on track and the company doubles its fleet of vehicles and its turnover in a few years and 2000, a new branch takes off in Quebec.
TODAY
Brossard Leasing is the most important heavy goods vehicle lessor in Quebec with more than $175 million in assets and a team of more than 150 specialists.
